Digital health and wellness solutions that expand access to effective behavioral health offerings.
The vast majority of people around the world do not have adequate access to behavioral health care. We deliver effective, scientifically validated behavioral health programs online and through mobile devices, greatly expanding access to care.
Proven to Work
Our evidence-based programs have repeatedly demonstrated excellent user outcomes in clinical trials and commercial settings.
Web-based and mobile programs are available anytime, anywhere to accommodate each user’s individual schedule.
Automated interventions (no human support required) can quickly be scaled via technology to exponentially accommodate more users.
Self-guided programs allow the user to complete intervention without interacting with or sharing information with others.
BeHealth’s programs do not require access to a clinician, coach, or other provider.
Access to our interventions is not limited by the availability or location of a provider.
High Rates of Completion
Our research and publications consistently show high usage and self-completion rates.
Unhealthy behaviors are major contributors in developing and prolonging the most costly diseases such as hypertension, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Behavioral therapy has been proven to successfully treat behavioral and mental health disorders, and to eliminate unhealthy behaviors that can lead to or perpetuate illness and chronic disease.
